New. Presentations from meeting. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Previous information. New: Latest Programme Dear Colleagues, Welcome to Madingley Hall 2007 - the regional Annual Scientific meeting of the SAPC, which is organised in rotation by the five London Undergraduate Departments of General Practice and Primary Care. This year it is St. George's' turn, and we look forward to meeting friends and guests from a range of academic primary care departments in London, Cambridge and East Anglia. Much has changed since we last organised this meeting in 2001, and we thought it would be good to take stock of ways in which the continuing Information and Communication Technologies revolution is influencing our clinical service, education and research. Everything, from the admission of students to the Quality and Outcomes Framework, is being changed by technology. We have plenaries on Connecting for Health and on e- learning, and a symposium about ICT's role in our changing relationships with patients and the public. We expect that there will be much of interest for everyone, with a broad spread of presentations involving ethics and informatics; research and education. We also look forward to welcoming and judging another round of presentations for the students' prize. In contrast to the modernity and technology of our theme, we hope you will take pleasure in this timeless and wonderful venue, and we wish you an enjoyable two days at Madingley, Best wishes, Sean Hilton Head of General Practice and Primary Care
